1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values saved by a website in your browser and sent back with relevant requests. Local storage and session storage are other forms of browser storage. This policy distinguishes ordinary public browsing from staff login functions.
2. Public browsing and inquiries
The current site does not set analytics, advertising or preference cookies for ordinary public pages. The theme does not use local storage or session storage. Language selection uses the page URL. Inquiry fields are submitted to the server; the form security token is not a tracking cookie. Submission rate limiting is server-side and does not create a browser cookie. After an inquiry submission, an essential cookie named mf_inquiry_feedback holds a random identifier for up to 20 minutes. It lets the server return validation feedback and retain submitted text for corrections, or show a receipt reference after success. The cookie itself contains no contact details. Temporary feedback is not accessible after expiry. Choosing to use calculator measurements in an inquiry also uses this temporary cookie to prepare the form. The server recalculates the supplied dimensions and quantities; an inquiry record is created only when you submit the completed inquiry form successfully.
3. Staff login cookies
WordPress may set wordpress_test_cookie on its login screen to check cookie support (session duration); wordpress_[hash], wordpress_sec_[hash] and wordpress_logged_in_[hash] authenticate signed-in users (normally a session, or up to 14 days when “Remember me” is selected, subject to configuration). wp-settings-{user_id} and wp-settings-time-{user_id} retain administration preferences, typically for one year. wp_lang may remember the login-screen language for the session. These functions are necessary for login or administration and are not advertising trackers. Actual names and lifetimes can vary with security settings and WordPress updates.
4. External links
The WhatsApp QR image is hosted with our site and the contact button is a link, not an embedded chat widget. Following a link opens a third-party service, which may set its own cookies under its policies. External sites do not receive your completed inquiry form merely because their link appears on this page.
5. Your choices
You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser’s privacy settings, including site-specific controls. Blocking login cookies can prevent staff access to administration. Deleting cookies does not delete an inquiry already stored on the server; use the privacy contact to request that separately. Because the current public site has no optional tracking categories, there is no “accept all” tracking preference to save. If optional tracking is introduced, this policy and the necessary consent controls must be updated before it is enabled where consent is required.
