A stated charging basis
Keep the measured gross weight, packed dimensions and quoted chargeable weight together. Ask how rounding and any minimum charge are applied, and which collection, terminal and delivery work is included. If the supplier repacks after the quotation, send the revised measurements before approving the shipment.
Acceptance for the actual goods
Provide the product description and any special characteristics before discussing a departure. Identify the documents or packing details still needed for review and who will supply them. Treat a proposed flight and acceptance of your specific goods as separate confirmations; do not dispatch based only on a price indication.
A plan for the urgent quantities
For a split shipment, list the urgent order lines, their cartons and the receiving deadline. Check the plan for the remaining goods as well. Request a revised arrival or delivery assessment if the ready date slips, rather than carrying the original target date into an updated booking unchanged.

What weight should I provide?
Provide measured gross weight and outside packed dimensions with units. Ask the proposal to state its chargeable weight and calculation method instead of estimating from product weight alone.
Can battery products be reviewed for air freight?
Disclose the exact product and battery configuration before booking. Share available technical documents and wait for shipment-specific carrier acceptance and packing instructions.
Can I compare air freight with an ocean option?
Yes. Use the same shipment data and receiving point, then compare the full timeline and included work. State whether only part of the order is urgent.
